Disaster Management
PDM provides disaster management to various local governments.
PDM has a developed process for both sealed and unsealed roads and drainage assessment for QRA submissions. This process involves a combination of on-the-ground identification and desktop review based on imagery acquired during the fieldwork. The imagery is collected via PDM’s imagery collection system, which includes proprietary software to develop the scopes to QRA requirements and allowable treatments.

NDRRA Flood Assessments of Infrastructure and Roads
PDM provided engineers and inspectors to validate and quantify flood damage to road pavements and infrastructure after the 2010/2011 flood events, and to estimate costs.
